Shipping costs
Shipping costs for Italy are calculated on the basis of the weight and volume of the products starting from € 4.50. The delivery carriers are 'BRT-fermopoint' , 'BRT express courier' and 'UPS' orders will be accepted starting from a minimum purchase of € 5.00. Shipping is free for orders over €199.00. For the smaller islands, a contribution of €19.00 is required.here you can see all affected areas.
For shipping costs abroad, they will be calculated based on the weight and volume at the time of the order with the UPS courier. For countries not yet served, you can ask for a cost estimate.
The order will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of the same, if the goods are not in stock, the shipping times could change. The delivery of the order will take place in 2/3 working days except for delays due to the current period.
Shipping and delivery.
When the courier delivers the goods, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document sent to the indicated email address;
- that the packaging is not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape).
Any damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified, subject to WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery.
No dispute regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered can be made by the Customer after signing the courier's document.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, to the following email address: info@salernocasalinghi.it
In the event of repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order and in the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Subsequently Salerno Casalinghi will refund the sum received as payment, net of the costs for the attempted and unsuccessful shipment, as well as for the return of the goods.
