INSTRUCTIONS
- The first time. Lightly grease the grill pan and heat it over low heat until the oil has evaporated.
- Daily use. Heat the grill well, without greasing it, for about 4 minutes, regulating the heat so that the flame does not go beyond the lower edge.
- During use, pay attention not to scratch the cooking surface when turning or removing the food from it.
- Use on glass ceramic hobs (of any heat source). During use, always lift the grill to move it, avoid sliding it or putting it down abruptly, as this could damage the hob.
- Use on induction hobs. It is recommended to gradually heat the grill, using a power equal to one third of the maximum power for at least 5 minutes. Then increase the power to a medium-high level and start cooking. Avoid using the Booster function.
- How to keep it efficient.
- Avoid using water to quickly cool the grill and wait for it to reach room temperature, then proceed with washing, being careful, if pieces of food remain attached to the surface, to immerse the grill in water and, after a reasonable period of time, proceed with cleaning using common liquid detergents and soft sponges. The use of the dishwasher is not recommended.
- Cooking times. For rare steaks about 1 minute, 1 minute and 1/2 per side; for well-done meat about 2 minutes on each side. | times are indicative and vary according to the thickness of the meat. For the fish: heat the grill more and make some incisions on both sides of the fish; the cooking time varies from about 4 to 7 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the fish. For the vegetables: about 5 minutes depending on the type and thickness.
